Pasta Perfect

30 minutes or less!!!


1 pound shrimp or scallops
2 tablespoons olive oil
3/4 cup Traditional or Southwest Pesto from Central Market's Café on the Run Dips & Sauces bar
cream to taste
pasta, cooked

Sauté 1 pound of shrimp or scallops in 2 tablespoons olive oil in a skillet for 1 1/2 minutes. Add 3/4 cup Traditional or Southwest Pesto from the Café on the Run Dips & Sauces bar with a little cream and cook until shrimp turn pink or scallops are tender. Toss with pasta.
