2 cups flour
4 tsp baking powder
1 tbs sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 cup margarine
One 17 oz can sweet potato halves, drained and mashed
1/2 cup milk
Combine dry ingredients. Cut in margarine until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Stir in sweet potatoes and milk, mixing just until moistened. Knead on floured surface about 10 times. Roll to 1/2-inch thickness. Cut with 2-1/2-inch cutter. Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 400F for 12-15 minutes or until lightly browned.

Yield: 12 servings.
