1 large frozen pie shell
1-1/2 cups diced ham
Approximately 2 thin slices aged Swiss cheese, cut in strips
1/2 cup fresh, dried or canned, drained, sliced mushrooms
1/2 cup green onions, tops and bottoms
Mixture:
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup milk
2 eggs
1-1/2 tablespoons flour (regular)
Preheat/bake Oven: 350F. Place diced ham in pie shell, add mushrooms, green onions. Cover with Swiss cheese leaving a little space for mixture to seep through.

Mix together mayonnaise, eggs, milk, flour. (You may add pepper, to taste, but ham is already salty.) Pour mixture on top of Swiss cheese. Sprinkle with dried parsley for appearance and bake. (Should appear golden brown and congealed.) This is also excellent with leftover boiled shrimp or crawfish that has already been seasoned.

Serves: 6
