One 9-inch Honey Maid Graham Cracker pie crust
1 egg white beaten
1/4 cup margarine, melted
1 cup firmly packed brown sugar
3/4 cup all purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup pecans, coarsely chopped
Prepared whipped topping
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
Preheat oven to 375F. Brush pie crust with egg white. Bake at 375F for 5 minutes. Set aside. Decrease oven temperature to 350F. In medium bowl, with electric mixer at low speed, beat margarine and brown sugar until blended.

Mix in flour baking powder, egg and vanilla until well combined. Stir in 3/4 cup pecans. Spread into prepared crust and sprinkle cinnamon. Then sprinkle top with remaining pecans. Bake at 350F for 25 to 30 minutes until lightly browned and filling is set. Cool completely. Top with whipped cream.
