3 cups cooked rice
1 cup well-drained cooked green peas
1/2 cup sour cream
3 tbs diced pimientos
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp seasoned pepper
Combine all ingredients in sauce pan. Heat, but DO NOT BOIL.

Makes 6 servings.

Serve with broiled steak, pork chops, leg of lamb.

Microwave Method:
Combine all ingredients except sour cream in a microwave proof baking dish. Cover and cook on HIGH (maximum power) 4 minutes, stirring after 2 minutes. Stir in sour cream and let stand 2 to 3 minutes.
