IVY Aventura Restaurant & Lounge “Gourmet Mondays” are held on the last Monday of the month, when a prix-fixe menu allows executive chef Howard Kleinberg to keep his creativity limber. The meal alone is $49.95; wine pairings are an additional $24.95. And as IVY-goers might suspect, it’s not just a meal, it’s a party.
