10-12 ears of fresh clean corn
1 can cream style corn
3 strips of bacon
1 chopped onion
1 chopped bell pepper (use red, green and yellow for color)
3 cloves chopped garlic
1 tbs sugar to taste
Clean corn and cut lengthwise into very small pieces, then scrape corn with back of knife to get juice. In a large pot cut bacon into small strips and cook until slightly crunchy. Add onions, bell pepper and garlic. Cook until tender. Pour fresh corn, cream corn, and sugar into pot. Add seasoning to taste. Cook corn for 30 minutes on low fire.

Serves 6-8 people.
